The work is done in soft ash-green tones. In the first part we see a figure of a woman. The author only gives the viewer a chance to guess what the latter's features look like. This image of a woman in the water seems to be flying rather than swimming, the artist gives lightness and calmness to the image. By covering the face in yellow, it gives us the feeling of the sun, and that feeling is enhanced by the reflection on the water, the yellow flecks. It is the yellow shade that gives warmth to the canvas. Fauna is scarce in the composition. A certain symbolism was also given by not depicting the head of the fish. There is no sharp dynamics in the canvas, but on the contrary, the movement seems to be slowed down. The main character is merged with nature, which seems to be a separate element of nature.
